Do you hear your phone ring but can't tell who's calling without taking it out? Who's Calling says the caller's name out loud, so you know instantly who it is, without looking at the screen.
When a call comes in, the app announces the contact's name by voice (or the number if it's not in your contacts) using your phone's voice. You'll know whether it's worth answering without touching your phone.
